Senior Business Analyst: Full-Time
Startup Genome is looking for a candidate for the role of Senior Business Analyst. The candidate will be a part of Startup Genome’s advisory team and support government ministries and agencies in designing innovation policies and programs for their startup ecosystem based on robust research and data-driven insight.
The ideal candidate for this role is curious, driven, and passionate about creating real-world impact. High degree of ownership is a must.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Structure approaches to answer complex business and policy issues
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research on various workstreams
- Work closely with other internal stakeholders and senior management teams spread across London, Berlin, and San Francisco
- Interact with Startup Genome clients and members
- Drive data collection from startups and startup support organizations
- Maintain quality control standards to preserve the integrity of data and findings
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideal but not mandatory: 3 to 5 years of experience in client servicing and/or research
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experienced with using Spreadsheets
- Able to or has utilized PowerPoint as a storytelling and analytical tool
- Excellent team player
- Very good verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
